Technical consultation and engineering support services

Technical consultation and engineering support services provide support to the scientific community of the Research Centre on Aging in carrying out its research projects. Researchers can count on the scientific and technical support of an engineer with an expertise in devices, instruments, programming, and mechanical and electronic assembly. Support for researchers includes:

  • The maintenance of devices, instruments and equipment to ensure their precision, reliability and performance throughout the course of projects;
  • The coordination of the technical research component;
  • The design and development of equipment;
  • Inventory management;
  • A consultation service to identify technological opportunities;
  • The management of sound safety practices;
  • Training for students and research professionals in the use of equipment and laboratories;
  • The development and programming of data entry and analysis modules;
  • The review of the technical aspects of scientific publications.
